But now, this is what the Lord says—he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. [2] When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. [3] For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead. [4] Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.
Isaiah 43:1-4 NIV
And where would you like to meet Jesus?
“If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. [16] And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them”. 1 John 4:15-16 NIV
No matter where you are, no matter day or night- God is closer than taking your breath!
He is Ubiquitous and He wants to be by your side. It is easy for God to meet you- He is always with you! He is always waiting for the moment when you will be fellowship with Him! And it can happen anywhere, in any situation and at any time of the day. God hears you and asks for time to Him.
God created the world in six days, then blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. God wants you not to burden yourself with deeds or worries on the seventh day and put aside your rush. Instead, be with Him, glorify Him, praise Him, and hear the Word of God.
When we are transformed in Jesus Christ in His bright image, – sinking in His presence, impregnated with the Holy Spirit, strengthening in His power, – we reflect God’s purposes and His love.
Come, come to Him as to the loving Father, as to the Friend, as to an Advocate, as to a Counselor and a Comforter. He has told us:
“…Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5 NIV
“Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3 NIV
“Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” James 4:8 NIV
Let’s pray:
God, thank You for Your presence in my life! Thank You for the promise You have given me and for being able to realize their importance in my life. I choose to form a close fellowship with You, may everything I do glorify You! In the name of Jesus, Amen!
